To use True Match, you must:

  • Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws
  • Not have been previously banned from our platform

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and truthful information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

5. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions:

  • Are billed automatically on a recurring basis
  • Can be cancelled at any time through your account settings
  • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform. We may remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, without prior notice or liability.

8. Disclaimers

True Match is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
